Career guidance generally starts with assessing an individual's skills, interests, and strengths. We then use this information to identify potential career paths that could be a good fit for the person.
Final goal: to assist individuals in acquiring the knowledge and experience needed to identify career opportunities.
How do we differ from other career guidance programs?
PractiWork® measurement does not rely solely on self-reporting but actively measures various skills, such as eye-hand coordination, cognitive skills, etc.
After the measurement, the system produces a detailed result sheet, which includes a list of careers that best match the individual.
We also offer a personal consultation session to help with the understanding of the results.
